Manager-Capacity Building will be responsible for overall implementation  and management of the capacity building portfolio of FMSF. This would include conducting research; developing concept notes/position papers; training modules;  workshop facilitation materials,publications etc in the areas of financial management, related governance and compliances of NPOs. The position shall be based in Noida and would require extensive travel.

Job Profile

      - Conduct research on issues relevant for sectoral strengthening
      - Develop concept Notes/Position papers
      - Anchor the capacity building intervention of FMSF
      - Design and edit the in-house publications
      - Develop training tools and facilitation materials for workshops and training programs
      - Data Management
      - Coordinate with Educational Institutions for Internship    

Profile of Candidate:

    - Masters in Social Work /Rural Management/ MBA or equivalent with finance at undergraduate level preferred
    - 5-6 years of relevant experience in the development sector
    - High level of proficiency in writing (English Language)
    - Excellent analytical skills
    - Sound understanding on current developmental issues
    - Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
    - Willingness to travel extensively
