We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned individual to become an integral part of our vibrant team. The role of Capacity Building Manager entails being a vital member of the senior leadership team, spearheading the organization's capacity building initiatives. Responsibilities will encompass leading workshops and training sessions, conducting research and publications, and networking. The position shall be based in Noida and would require extensive travel.

Report To:  Executive Director

Job Profile:

- Anchor the capacity building intervention of FMSF
- Conduct research on issues relevant for sectoral strengthening.
- Oversee development of content to effectively disseminate knowledge.
- Directing the designing of training tools and facilitation materials for workshops.
- Manage data effectively.
- Lead networking initiatives to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing amongst the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the development and delivery of workshops and trainings on subjects including governance, financial management, internal controls, and legal compliances ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Guiding to customize training programs to address the specific needs and objectives of diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, soliciting feedback, and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Lead efforts to disseminate timely and relevant information through different communication channels, keeping stakeholders informed about regulatory changes and updates.
- Oversee the development of publications, articles, and online content on pertinent topics within the development sector.
- Networking & collaboration
- Manage the development and delivery of online courses to enhance stakeholders’ knowledge and skills on key aspects relevant to the development sector.

Profile of Candidate:

- CA, MBA or equivalent
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the development sector.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English language.
- Hands on experience in designing and delivering capacity building initiatives, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Fundamental understanding of governance, financial management, internal controls, and legal compliances specific to non-profit contexts is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and performing effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital content creation tools is a plus.
