We are in search of a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Communication Specialist, who will support us in leveraging digital platforms and technology to engage with a wide array of development stakeholders. The primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring smooth communication channels, executing impactful web-outreach strategies, and managing FMSF’s online presence, including social media platforms. The role will be based in Noida.

Job Profile
•    Develop and implement communication strategies across various channels including print, digital, and social media.
•    Collaborate with the team to align communication strategies with project objectives.
•    Coordinate with IT and other departments for digital learning activities.
•    Manage and coordinate a portfolio of tailor-made web platforms.
•    Create and manage instructional videos, including recording, editing, and uploading training sessions to support learners.
•    Provide logistical and technical support to trainers and participants.
•    Prepare analytical reports on online learners’ progress.
•    Design communication collateral/material and maintain documentation of events/activities.
•    Convey information clearly and concisely to others. 
•    Stay updated with sectoral trends and best practices.

Required Skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office and other digital communication tools.
•    Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
•    Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through efficient scheduling, time management and decisiveness with a strong attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

Applicants for the Communication Specialist position should possess a postgraduate degree in mass communications or a related field.
