We are seeking a committed and experienced individual to join our vibrant team as a Manager – Human Resource and Administration.

The Manager will serve as the focal point in promoting a collaborative, employee-focused, and high-performance culture. This role involves HR, Administration and IT infrastructure management of the organization. While the HR function will be the primary responsibility, there will be support teams for administration and IT  management. The position shall be based in Noida.

        - Health, Safety, and Staff Welfare


Qualifications and Skills:

       - 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR domain, preferably within the non-profit sector.
      - Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - Strong understanding of good HR practices and  relevant laws.
      - Excellent oral and written communication.
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
      - Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Travel Requirement:
Need based travel within the country
