- Specialized degree in Financial Management preferably MBA finance/ CA/ CA Inter with relevant financial management experience
- 2-3 years of experience in any development organization
- Good analytical skills
- Understanding on current developmental issues
- Commitment to work in the development sector
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Willingness to travel extensively
