10 Year Registration for Smaller NPOs
Smaller trusts or institutions with income not exceeding ?5 crores (excluding exemptions under Sections 11 & 12) may now benefit from a 10-year registration period under Section 12AB, instead of the current 5 years. However, does the existing Trust or institutions benefit out of the amendment or is it only applicable for new applications?
