Any person receiving foreign contribution less than ten lakhs rupees or equivalent in a financial year from his relative does not require to file Form FC-1.
As per the MHA notification dtd 1-Jul-2022, GSR 506(E), the FCR Rule 6 has been amended,
Now, any person receiving foreign contribution in excess of ten lakhs rupees or equivalent thereto in a financial year from any of his relatives shall inform the Central Government in Form FC-1 within three months form the date of receipt of such contribution.
