Application for revision of Order u/s 32 of the FCRA, 2010 shall be made in electronic form w.e.f. 1st September 2022
As per the MHA notification dated 1-Jul-2022, GSR 506(E), the FCR Rule 20 has been amended.
Earlier, an application for revision of an order passed by the competent authority under section 32 was filed on “Plain Paper”, but now from 1st September 2022, it has to be filed online through the website: https://fcraonline.nic.in/FCR.aspx?Resp_Id=44. Scanned copy of duly signed application in plain paper is acceptable.
The justification for revision of Order must be submitted along with the supporting documents, if any.
The application must be made within one year from the date on which the Order in question was communicated or the date on which it otherwise came to know of it, whichever is earlier with a fee of Rs. 3,000/-
