Certificate of Donation
The 80 G registered organisations can receive donations for fulfilling the objectives of the organization Further, with effect from 01.04.2021 such organization needs to issue a certificate to the donor in Form No 10 BE specifying the amount of donation received during financial year from such donor.
The certificate referred above is required to be furnished to the donor on an annual basis on or before the 31 st May immediately following the financial year in which the donation is received.
