DARPAN is mandatory for a certain category of Organisation
The CBDT in its notification on Income Tax (6th Amendment) Rules, 2021 notified the form 10A for the purpose of registration and revalidation of 12AB/10(23C)/80G. It has been notified in the instruction no.7 in filling Form-10A that DARPAN Id has to be mandatorily provided if the applicant organization receives or intends to receive any grant or assistance from either the Central Government or State Government.
It may be mentioned here that those Organisations who have FCRA registration, DARPAN Id is mandatory for them as well.
