Filing of Income Tax Returns & Audit Report in Form 10B for AY 2021 22 is Extended
As per circular No.01/2022 and F. No. 225/49/2021/ITA II dated 11 th January 2022, due to COVID 19 and difficulties in electronic filing of various reports of audit, CBDT has extended the filing dates for the followings compliances:
1. Furnishing of Report of Audit i.e. Form 10B is now extended to 15 th February 2022.
2. Furnishing of Return of Income for Assessment Year 2021 22, where Audit is required, is extended to 15th March 2022.
The said notification is attached herewith
