Form FC-6D can be filed by an association registered under FCRA or having Prior-Permission within 45 days from opening a FCRA Utilization Bank account
As per the MHA notification dtd 1-Jul-2022, GSR 506(E), the FCR Rule 9 (1)(e) and 9(2)(e) have been amended,
Therefore, now:
- FCRA registered entities can file Form FC-6D within 45 days from opening a FCRA Utilization Bank account.
- FCRA Prior-Permission entities can also file Form FC-6D within 45 days from opening a FCRA Utilization bank account.
