Statement of Donation
The organisations registered under section 80 G or section 35 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 can receive donations for fulfilling the objectives of the organization Further, with effect from 01 04 2021 such organization needs to furnish a statement of donation in Form No 10 BD specifying the details of donors (such as Name, PAN or Aadhaar etc along with the donation amount.
The statement referred above is required to be furnished on an annual basis on or before the 31 st May immediately following the financial year in which the donation is received
