The application for registration or approval in Form 10AB has been extended up to 30th September, 2022

  • On consideration of difficulties in electronic filing, CBDT (Central Board of Direct Taxes) vide circular Number 8/2022 dated 31 Mar 2022 has extended the due date for electronic filing of Form 10AB.
  • The application for registration or approval u/s 12A, 80G or 10(23C) of Income Tax Act, 1961 in Form 10AB for which the last date for filing falls on or before 29 th September, 2022 can now file on or before 30 th September, 2022.
