The Finance Act, 2022 has outlined specified violations for cancellation of 12A registration, if any activity carried out is not genuine or not according to registration conditions.
The Finance Act, 2022 has outlined certain “specified violations” which may lead to the cancellation of 12A registration. One of the violations is that:
Any activity being carried out by the Trust or Organization is not genuine or is not being carried out in accordance with all or any of the conditions, subject to which 12A registration was obtained.
