On 26-May-2025, MHA has inserted the following paragraph in Form FC-4 under the heading “Certificate to be given by Chartered Accountant” after clause (vii).
“I have examined all relevant books and records, and I hereby certify the following activities/project wise and location wise details of receipts and utilization of foreign contribution:-”
Now, the amended certificate given by the Chartered Accountnant includes the following details in a tablular form:
- Name of the project/ activity;
- Address/ location;
- Previous balance - in cash & in kind;
- Receipt during the year - in cash & in kind;
- Utilized - in cash & in kind;
- Balance - in cash & in kind.
