GST ON GRANT AND DONATION
Analysing the recent advance ruling by Maharashtra Authority
As you know recently the Maharastra Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods & Service Tax (GST) has passed an order in one particular case ruling that in certain cases grants & donations would be subject to GST @18%. This has created a lot of confusion and uncertainties in the minds of NPOs.
