The due date for furnishing of “Return of Income” in “Form ITR-7” for A. Y. 2024-25 is extended from 31st October to 15th November.
As per CBDT Circular No. 13/2024 dated 26-Oct-2024, an extension is provided for furnishing the Return of Income for AY 2024-25.In exercise of the power conferred u/s 119 of Income Tax Act, 1961, the CBDT extended the due date for furnishing of “Return of Income” in “Form ITR-7” under sub-section (1) of section 139 of the Act for Assessment Year 2024-25 from 31st October 2024 to 15th November 2024.
