With effect from 26-May-2025, the Form FC-3B (Application for FCRA Prior-Permission) requires the submission of complete MoA & AoA/ Trust Deed.
On 26-May-2025, MHA has amended the Form FC-3B (Application for FCRA Prior Permission) and deleted the following words in the serial number 4 of the Application Form:
(i) “relevant pages of”;
(ii) “showing aims and objects of person/ association”.
Prior to the amendments, the requirement was to upload only relevant pages of MoA and AoA showing aims and objects of the Association.
However, after the amendment, organizations have to upload the complete MoA and AoA or Trust Deed, as the case may be, of the Association.
