As per CBDT circular no. 7 of 2024, the filing of Form 10A has been extended till 30-Jun-2024
As per CBDT Circular No. 7 of 2024, the filing of application in Form 10A by an existing registered/ approved organizations u/s 12A or 80G or 10(23C), who were required to file as on 1-Apr-2021 and have failed to file till the extended period upto 30-Sep-2023, can now submit their application in Form 10A by 30-Jun-2024.
Further, those who failed to file Form 10A for AY 2022-23 period till 30-Sep-2023 and applied for provisional registration as a New Trust and received provisional registration in Form 10AC, can now also have the option to surrender this provisional registration of Form 10AC and apply for registration as an existing Trust in Form 10A within 30-Jun-2024
