The renewal application for 12A and 80G registration cannot be filed.re
- The last date for renewal application u/s 12A and 80G was 31 March 2022.
- Now, there is no extension available for the renewal applications. Those who missed the deadline, now can apply in Form 10A as fresh registration u/s 12A and 80G for AY 2023 24.
- Once they file the registration application, they would receive Provisional Registration u/s 12A and 80G, which need to be converted as regular registration by filing Form 10AB within specified time limit.
