The nomination in Form-III shall be verified with the records and returned to employee after retaining a copy for record.
As per the rule 33(2) of the Code on Social Security (Central) Rule, 2025, within thirty days of the receipt of nomination in Form-III, the employer -
- Shall get the service particulars of the employee verified with reference to the records of the establishment, and
- Shall return to the employee, after obtaining a receipt thereof, the duplicate copy of the nomination in Form-III duly attested either by the employer or an officer authorized on his/her behalf and the other copy of the nomination shall be retained by him/her.
